📦 Order Status
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us and include your full name and order number.
🔁 Exchanges and Returns
To begin an exchange or return, please email sovereignoutlet@outlook.com.
Once your request has been reviewed, our customer service team will send you the return instructions and the correct authorised return address.
Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Products with a hygiene seal may not be returned if the seal has been opened or broken, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected at the authorised return location.
Once the return has been approved, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
