At Nordelle Beauty, we aim to provide a simple, secure and reliable shopping experience throughout Norway.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days throughout Norway.
The total delivery time consists of:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
It may take some time for the tracking information to become active with the carrier.

VAT, Customs and Other Fees
Norwegian value-added tax and other applicable fees may either be included at checkout or charged upon import, depending on how the order is processed.
For online stores registered under the VOEC scheme, Norwegian value-added tax is normally charged at the time of purchase for goods covered by the scheme. If the store is not VOEC-registered, the customer may be charged value-added tax and any applicable customs clearance fees when the goods arrive in Norway.
Undeliverable Packages
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order.
If a package is returned due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete address;
- failure to collect the package;
- refusal of delivery;
- failure to pay any applicable import fees;
The customer may be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in the delivery address. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed.
